Its not on all android devices yet i have a galaxy note 10.1 and wont switch accounts until i can manage all accounts on my tablet
Not if you have a windows phone though, as we don't seem to be big enough market for Tesco's to care about.
I also have a Galaxy tab (A) now running the latest android version, Marshmallow. Still get message that banking app will not run on my device. it is fine on my motorola phone. is this a Samsung issue?
You Can use the mobile app, on the Samsung s7 edge but after you download the app it's best to wait for 3 to 5 hours before trying to log in as that's what happened to me. as I had contacted customer services help with online and the banking app and they said that they would send the report to their I.t. department for to follow up but when I waited about 3 1/2 hours before I tried again it worked
I have a oneplus3, previously had a Moto 4g.
mobile app was working ok on moto..but since i installed app on oneplus3 it dosnt work..
any ideas why not?

I had no problem yesterday using the app and this is something new I noticed just today - when I open my Tesco Bank app I received a message saying that "The Tesco Bank Mobile Banking app will not work if the following apps are installed on your decive: com.lexa.fakegps"
I went ahead and uninstall the FakeGPS app however the message still persist whenever I open the Tesco Bank app. I did a search in my phone and cannot find any file with the name "com.lexa.fakegps" or "fakegps" or "lexa" so there isn't anything else that I can delete. What should I do so that Tesco Bank app can recognise that the FakeGPS app has been deleted and thus allow me to continue to use the Tesco Bank app?
Hi fourseas the best way for to get rid of the message ( I think ) I would try and uninstall the Tesco Bank app and 're install it again I think that might stop the message that you are getting hopefully. There's no harm in trying it all it means is that you would have to log in all over again
