What types of alerts can I receive for my loan account?

We'll send you an alert if you change your contact details, if for example you've changed your address or mobile phone number. If you receive an alert and you didn't update your personal details, please call us on: 0345 600 6016* (or minicom 0345 671 0675*). Our customer service lines are open Monday to Friday 8am - 10pm, Saturday and Sunday 9am - 5pm.

Calls may be recorded. *This number may be included as part of any inclusive call minutes provided by your phone operator.

I got a Tesco bank loan last year and have no letter or email confirmation. I am with The Bank of Scotland and I have no login for Tesco bank to check my details etc, is it possible for me to log in?

If you have registered for online banking, you should be able to log in and view a summary of your loan (i.e. the amount paid vs the amount owed). If you haven't registered, you can do this by selecting 'Register Now' in the Online Banking box, then following the instructions on:

Please send a private message with your full name, DOB and postcode to @CET. For details like your DOB and postcode, we ask for you to format it with additional spaces, i.e. A B 1 2 C D, 2 4 1 0 2 0 1 6 and 0 7 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 otherwise the information is removed by the system - Jay
