How long will it take to get my loan?

If you apply online, we try to give an instant decision. If you’ve been approved, we will either send you some paperwork to check and sign, or if possible you may be able to sign your loan agreement digitally. We’ll then use Faster Payments to send the money directly to your bank account. This can take up to 48 hours and the money can be withdrawn as soon as the funds reach your account.

 

If you apply over the phone or we require some supporting documentation, it may take between 5 – 10 days for us to check everything is ok. Once we make a final decision, if approved we will send a loan agreement for you to sign and return. As we try to do this as quickly as possible, we do not send an acknowledgment email or letter, but will inform you as soon as a decision has been made. Once this is processed, we will use Faster Payments to send the money to your account.

 

If you gave us your mobile number during your application we will send a text when the funds have been sent to your account, followed by a welcome letter.

 

Please note that it is currently taking 5 - 6 days to make decisions on referrals. We are working hard to make these decisions quicker, but please bear this in mind before contacting us for an update. Thank you for your patience. 

 

Should you need more information or have any questions, please call us on 0345 600 6016 (Monday to Friday 8am – 10pm and 9am – 5pm Saturday & Sunday). This number may be included as part of any inclusive call minutes provided by your phone operator.

Hi I applied for a loan earlier today - and it said I would hear from you in 2 days... Does this mean its been accepted? declined? I am so confused.

Was accepted online yesterday for a loan, it said I would receive docs in the post to sign within three days however had a call today asking to confirm some details and at the end the lady said the information would go to the underwriters who would make a decision?

If I have been asked to sign the Loan agreement documents - does this mean its been approved? And also once signed how long to reach my account?

Hi @pixxiie, if we've sent the documents to you for signing then these will take 3-5 days to arrive, these then need returning to us and we'll process them at our end and the moneys will be sent by Faster Payments within the timescales on the above FAQ.

 

If you're now sure whether you were approved, please send us a private message and include your  DOB, full address, postcode and the loan term you applied for and we'll check this at our end :-)

Hi, I applied for a loan this morning and I had the option to sign the documents digitally. Does this mean I won’t receive any paperwork in the post? Also how long will it take for funds to be transferred? Is there any way I can check the progress?

Hi, last week I got approved and accepted for a loan online, anyhow I paused it and had 30 days to resume the application .When I try to log in it says the time expired. Iv phoned customer services and they said I'd have to start again but over the phone , so now I'm waiting for the document in the post... I'm worried now if I got excellent credit rating and got accepted online should i still get accepted through post?? Thanks Stephen
