Can I change my Direct Debit?

Yes, you can amend your Direct Debit. However we are unable to make a change to your Direct Debit details in the period 7 days before and 7 days after your next scheduled Direct Debit payment date.

Changing the date of your Direct Debit
You can change the date we take the Direct Debit from your account. You will need to call at least 7 days before your next scheduled payment date. You can select any date between 1st – 25th of the month to make your payment. Please note that you cannot go more than 45 days between payments. 

Changing the bank account from which your Direct Debit is paid:

  • Call us at least 14 days before your next scheduled payment date.
  • We’ll confirm details of the Direct Debit Guarantee to you over the phone and also send this out to you with your confirmation letter.

Can I change my Direct Debit are to the 28th for my loan?

I'm afraid not, as the post says the direct debits needs to be between the 1st and 25th

My DD is due on the 1st but I need to change my DD right away. However I am out the country for 3 weeks. 

 

Is there any way to change the DD without using phone? Via email or this chat or if you can email me the form?

Am I able to change the direct debit to go from my husbands account?

Hi @bigfoot0387, thanks for getting in touch. The direct debit must be in the account holder’s name. However, if you have a joint account with your husband you'll be able to use this. I hope this helps.  

I can't see where I can change the bank account for my direct debit for my credit card account. Please tell me where on my dashboard I need to go to do that?

Hi @Nubian, thanks for getting in touch. Please click the arrow in the box containing your account > Manage account > Make a payment > Manage your direct debit. I hope this helps :) - Caroline
