How do I order a new/reminder PIN for my card if I've forgotten it?

You can request a new PIN or a reminder if you forget your current PIN online or by phone.

Log in to Online Banking, click on your account and then select Manage account on the right hand side.

Select the account name, above the sort code and account number on the Account Overview, then choose Request PIN reminder from the menu.

Enter the last four digits of your card number and choose whether you want to get a new PIN or a reminder of your existing PIN. You'll receive your PIN number within 2 - 3 working days by post.

By phone
Call us on 0345 678 5678* and we'll send a new PIN to you. You'll receive your PIN number within 2 -3 working days by post.

Calls may be recorded. *This number may be included as part of any inclusive call minutes provided by your phone operator

New pin please

HI @Abannan as stated in the FAQ, you can order a PIN through your online banking or by giving us a call on the number above. If you’re having difficulty ordering this please send a private message to @Tesco-Bank with your name, DOB and postcode, leaving a space between each character of your personal details.

I forgot my pin can I get a reminder instantley

Hi @Rhiannanujeeral we can't send this to you any other way I'm afraid, it has to be via the post for your own security. If you follow the instructions quoted above then the PIN should be with you by the middle of next week - Michelle
