You can request a new PIN or a reminder if you forget your current PIN online or by phone.   Online   Log in to Online Banking, click on your account and then select Manage account in the top right hand corner.   Select the account name, above the sort code and account number on the Account Overview, then choose Request PIN reminder from the menu.   Enter the last four digits of your card number and choose whether you want to get a new PIN or a reminder of your existing PIN. You'll receive your PIN number within 2 - 3 working days by post.   By phone   Call us on 0345 678 5678* and we'll send a new PIN to you. You'll receive your PIN number within 2 -3 working days by post.   *This number may be included as part of any inclusive call minutes provided by your phone operator

You can move money into your account in the following ways:   1. Contact your account provider or use their online banking service to make one-off payments into your Account or set up a Standing Order to make regular payments. You’ll need your Tesco Bank Savings sort code and account number to do this – you’ll find this on your statement or your welcome letter.   2. In-store cheque deposit. Before the 24 September 2018: You can deposit cheques at the Customer Service Desk in selected UK Tesco stores (for availability please see Banking in Tesco Stores). You’ll need to have your Instant Access Savings Card with you. Please ensure the cheque is made payable to the person named on the Savings Account and clearly write your Account number and sort code on the back of the cheque.   After the 24 September 2018: To support the new faster clearing timescales, from 24 September 2018 you will no longer be able to deposit cheques in Tesco stores. You can pay a cheque into your Account by posting it to us using our freepost address: Freepost TESCO BANK, 4943. No other address details are needed.   Please ensure the cheque is made payable to the person named on the Savings Account and clearly write your Account number and sort code on the back of the cheque.   3. Posting cheques to us. You can post cheques to us at: Freepost TESCO BANK, 4943. You can move money out of your Account:   Tesco Bank Online Banking - You can move up to £10,000 a day to a non Tesco Bank Linked Account in your own name and up to £10,000 a day to other to other Tesco Bank accounts in your own name. You can also do this via the Mobile App.   At any Tesco or LINK cash machine - You can withdraw up to £300 a day using your Instant Access Savings Account card and PIN   In Tesco stores - Use your Instant Access Savings Account card to withdraw up to £500 a day at the customer service desk in selected Tesco stores in the UK (for availability please see Banking in Tesco Stores)   Tesco Bank Telephone Banking - Call us on 0345 678 5678* to withdraw larger amounts.   Maximum daily withdrawal limits may change from time to time. We will notify you of this should they be changed.   *This number may be included as part of any inclusive call minutes provided by your phone operator. "

Interest is calculated daily and paid monthly or annually, whichever you prefer.   Interest will be paid on the last day of the month if you selected monthly interest and on the last day in April if you selected annual interest.

We use Faster Payments for all transactions under £100,000. This means your funds will arrive in the receiving account usually within 2 hours, but may take up until the close of business the following day if we take our service offline for maintenance. See withdrawal limits for Instant Access Savings Accounts. You are able to withdraw £10,000 per day via online. For anything higher, you will need to contact us. If you are transferring over £100,000 then we will use CHAPS to send your funds. If we receive the instruction before 1.30pm then the funds will be credited to the receiving account before close of business the same day. If received after the cut off then the funds will be received by close of business the next working day.

We will provide you with a statement free of charge each month when you've had any activity on your account excluding credit interest.   We'll also provide you with an annual statement each June. If you have opted to go paperless on your account, we'll contact you by email or text to let you know that your statement is ready to view electronically.

You can activate your card for your Instant Access Savings Account by logging in to Online Banking.   Log in to Online Banking and select Manage account from the Online Banking Overview. Select the account name, above the sort code and account number on the Account Overview. Under account preferences, choose 'activate your card'   Enter the last 4 digits of the long number on the front of your card to complete your activation.
