Online quotation If you have completed a new business quote via our website or via an aggregator site such as Confused.com or GoCompare, the price that is displayed is the best price we can offer you on that site and takes into account an online discount. This cannot be reduced by calling our Customer Service team. Please ensure your Tesco Clubcard number has been added to the quote as this also generates a guaranteed discount.
Renewal offer We offer our best renewal price from your current underwriter based on your circumstances and all the details we hold on you. Please check by logging into Your Insurance Account and make sure that all the information we hold is correct. If something is wrong, this can impact the price offered.
We charge fees for:
- Mid-term changes to your policy once it has started, we will charge an administration fee of £25
- Cancellation of your policy after the 14 day cooling off period, we will charge a cancellation fee of £35
This information is contained within our Terms of Business Agreement (TOBA) , which can also be found within your documents.
For any changes made via Your Insurance Account, no fees will be charged.

Request to lapse my renewal form
We recommend using a laptop or PC to do this. If you are using your mobile, you will need to save the form to your files before completing the fields and emailing it.
If you do need to make a change or would like to discuss your renewal, please contact us.
If you want to renew your policy, you can renew it yourself by logging in to Your Insurance Account.
Once logged in, select the policy you wish to renew
Click View renewal from the front page of your policy
Please check all the information is up to date
You will then be asked if you're happy to automatically renew or whether you want to change your payment details (please note that if you pay in full, your payment will be taken immediately)
Continue using the on screen instructions to confirm your payment details
If your policy is set to automatically renew, you don’t need to do anything unless your circumstances have changed or you want to make a change to your policy. If you pay by Direct Debit your new payments will start automatically. If you pay annually, the new payment will automatically be taken from the same payment card you used last year.
If your policy is set to automatically renew and you do not want to go ahead, you need to contact us.
There are ways we can help you. You can log in to Your Insurance Account to make changes to your policy. For example you could make changes to your cover or change a direct debit date. If you’re still worried about falling behind on your payments as a result of COVID-19, please call us on 0345 246 2904. You’ll need to get in touch at least 10 days before your payment’s due so we can discuss your options.
