You can view the Tesco profile here - https://yourcommunity.tescobank.com/. To the right hand side there is an option to 'send message'.

Ok, tried that. It says there is no match for @Tesco-Bank

Apologies @SB45, please message @Tesco-Bank - Caroline

Hi Caroline. Still won’t recognise that. Really not sure why Tesco does not just use email. Seems like you are the only company around that doesn’t and looking at your message forum, it’s one of the biggest problems your customers have. Can you try another message @ for me? Or failing that, can I escalate this and have the email of your chief executive please. I am sure he/she have one. Many thanks

If you're not able to send us a private message to @Tesco-Bank then you can contact us on Twitter @tescobankhelp or on Facebook by searching 'Tesco Bank' and clicking 'Send message'. Once we have access to your policy, we will look into this for you.

Have to agree about comments about 'Auto Renewal', I always state I don't want to auto-renew as it's essential to shop around, especially when your premiums continue to rise despite never making a claim.  Why do you always offer new customers much better quotes and your current customers pay more ?  On hold to Customer Services but 20 mins later and I'm still waiting.  Can't believe that its either phone or send a letter in the post - what about Live Chat or even email ?  bored and frustrated

Hi @DOLLY13, thanks for getting in touch. If you send us a private message containing your full name, DOB, postcode and policy number, I'll be able to discuss this with you - Brogan
