offers on my account?

How do I find out about offers on my account? I never get letters or emails to say 'balance transfer 0% from XX To XX. Like EVER. so I never know if I have offers available. Is there any way to find out without having to ring customer services?

Also my bills never show when current 0% offers are going to expire. On the expiry date section it says nothing.

Hi @Superius2014, unless you've asked to receive no marketing offers, we'll let you know about any new deals by post or by email. If you've not had anything, then it could be that no offers have been available for you yet.

 

Sometimes if you have an interest-free period already on your card, you won't get any new deals until that expires. We do print the end date of your offer on your statement two months before it comes to an end. If you do want to double check on the date, you would need to give us a call on 0345 300 4278, available 24/7.
