Online banking
I tried to login and it's asking me for all my persoanl details, including my credit card details. Why is it doing that when I'm registered?
Hiya! We'll usually ask for these details if your security is being reset so we can get you new security details set up and know it's definitely you. We're just making sure we're being as secure as we can with your online banking
It sounds as though your details may have been locked, @Annoyd. If you could you could please send a private message to Tesco-Bank with your full name, DOB and postcode, I'll be able to check this for you - Caroline
Hi @Louis2505, please search Tesco-Bank as a user and then click onto the profile and you'll see "Send a message". Please note, you need to be logged in to do this :) - Caroline
