i receive wrong evidence about my noclaim bonus

    07/02/20 i call tesco customer service and i said that i don't want to renew my insurance and i ask to receive my 4 year of noclaim bonus, they have cancel my renew and was send me prove of 3 year noclaim bonus, but i hold all evidence that this year i must to receive the 4-th year, i dont know how tesco is working and i ask them maybe they need my bank statment from the last 4 year that i have insurance, they told me that is in not their compentence to do that, so now i don't know how to proceed in this situation, any way right is from my side because have proof of all 4 years evidence, so i ask to take my question in serious and resolve it asap please!
