Hi - I have filled out your section 75 dispute form on 31st March 2020 regarding a refund from a cancelled holiday, but have not heard anything from yourselves. How can I find out the progress of my application.

I sent the original email with the virgin holiday details and the completed Tesco dispute form to covidbreak@tescobank.com.
I am wondering if a charge back application would be better than a section 75???
