Can anyone let me know if Tesco bank credit card has received a letter saying you limit has been increased. But Tesco has not put it in account, and not sent any correspondence saying you cannot have it now for some reason. Very unprofessional I don' understand why they would send a letter out you inform you of an increase, yet not one to say why it is not in on the day it should be
Hi @Debbzzee, we would contact you if a proposed limit increase wasn't going ahead. I've checked and the next group of increases isn't due at the moment. Can you confirm what date the letter states?
I am sure that I am due an increase in my credit limit and it was due today but nothing has happened, how long does it normally take to go through?
I can confirm the letter stated it would be increased on the 4th February 2018

As for when increases go through @Heathertoes, it can happen at any time on the date outlined on your letter. If the day has passed and no increase is showing on your account, call us on the number mentioned above and we can help.
It never increased automatically so I just applied for it through the App and it went through fine, for info though my date was also the 4th February not the 14th as I mentioned.
I got a letter recently saying the same, but can’t find the letter.
can my account be checked to see when my increase will go through.

Received a letter 6 weeks ago stating my credit limit would be increased on 31st August unless I received a letter stating otherwise. Today, no limit increase and no letter stating it would not happen. Not good service!!!!
