Hi @Sabshaz we may ask for various documents in support of your application including an up to date statement.
My wife and I share a credit card. She is the secondary holder. Her PIN is locked and we cannot unblock it, even with PIN reminder and using ATM. Just says invalid transaction. When I ring helpdesk, secondary card holders are not allowed to talk to a real person, just visit website for PIN reminder.... and round we go again. How can we speak to a real person please?

how quickly can i expect Tesco to get back to me? Still waiting for a reply but is it reasonable to expect them to take days not hours?
Usually the team @Tesco-Bank are very good in replying to private messages and respond the same day.
