I have 2 unrecognised transactions on my credit card account. One for Amazon & one for Apple, neither correspond with any transaction / order history that I have with these companies. Given the potentially long wait times to call is there another way that I can have someone look into this for me please.

advise to call us on 0345 300 4278, available 24/7, and our team can look into this for you.
Alternatively as you state you expect long wait times you could send Tesco Bank a Private Message. Click on @Tesco-Bank then onto 'Send a Message'. Remember to include your full name, DoB, post code & details of the unrecognised transactions you are querying.
