Transfer fees and intrest rates

    Why aren't the money or balance transfer fees Shown before completing the transfer. Also the interest rate charged ie. How long the balance or money transfer 0% rate will last. Surly this info is the.only info customers want to see before completing the transaction online.

    You will be advised that fees are incurred before you complete a credit card transfer online if it's via our website. If you use the mobile App this will confirm the offer that's available along with the exact fee that will be charged prior to completion, do you have the mobile App installed? If so using this will give you more information about the offer however both the App and website do confirm that there are fees prior to you confirming the transfer request and the App will give you the exact figure.


    If you're unsure or would like us to check if you have any current offers available to you please send a private message to the account so that we can investigate this further and we'll get back to you with this. If you click on the username and then in the box near the top right corner you'll see the "Contact me" option and you can click "Send this user a private message".


    In the message please explain your situation and include your name, date of birth, postcode and, if you have it, mobile number.

    For details like your DOB, postcode and phone number, we ask for you to format it with additional spaces, i.e. A B 1 2 C D, 2 4 1 0 2 0 1 6 and 0 7 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 otherwise the information is removed by the system for security purposes.
