Further to Tesco Bank deliberately failing to meet their obligations regarding Section 75 claims, Mrs P is so incensed that she has now banned the use of any Tesco product of any kind in our household. This includes (but is not restricted to):
Tesco credit card (of course)
Tesco bank accounts (which are removing ALL % rates anyway - see Martin Lewis website for better alternatives)
Tesco insurance services
Tesco mobile phone services
She will absolutely never contribute to the greedy and immoral Tesco coffers ever again.
I wholeheartedly support her on this, especially as there are so many other companies/retailers to choose from who are ethical in their customer service, ethical towards their supermarket suppliers and professional in the way that they do business.
