I have raised a section 75 dispute regarding a TV I bought from a company which now no longer exists. How long does it take to get a decision as it's been over a week since claim was raised.

Hi @elmogm, I'm sorry to hear you've not yet received an update. It would depend on the retailer as we'll be trying to reach them however, if you'd like an update, please give us a call. For Credit Cards you can reach them on 0345 366 2711 (Mon - Fri: 8am - 6pm, Sat: 9am - 2pm) or Current Accounts 0345 366 6472 (Mon - Fri: 8am - 6pm, Sat: 8am - 2pm). I hope this helps!
