Section 75 dispute

Hi, I am having difficulty getting a refund for a purchase of £250 made on my tesco credit card. I bought a car radio online, from aliexpress. I asked the seller before purchase if it would fit my car and they said yes....... It does not!
I returned the item, and the seller refuses to refund. They are stating the item is now faulty! (they are just looking for a reason not to refund)
Am I able to claim under the section 75 legislation?
