I renewed my pet insurance mid January by bank transfer, using details provided in renewal letter, I know the oney has gone from my bank account, but after waiting several weeks , I have not heard from Tesco that it has been received, so will my insurance be valid or has the money disappeared.
Hi @norfolkV8, thanks for your message. We don't have access to our Pet Insurance Policies as they're administered and underwritten by RSA. You can reach them on 0345 078 3895 (Mon - Fri: 8am - 8pm, Sat: 9am - 5pm, Sun: 10am - 5pm) and my colleagues will be happy to help you.
Is there an email address I can contact them on & doesn't look good ,Tesco have no problem contacting me to ask for money, but can't find out for sure that they received it
Oh well just have to hope they got it then, its badnesss that Tesco know when to ask for the money, but cant find out if its been received
