I have received an email saying that you cannot provide a renewal quote until I phone to provide more information but its been days, and I try multiple times a day, and I cant get through on the phone.  I am disabled and need someone to use the phone on my behalf and its got to a point that we need another form of communication. How is it best to contact you, not on the phone due to my disability so I can do it myself.

To send Tesco Bank a private message click on this link @Tesco-Bank and it will take you to a page 'About Tesco-Bank'. In the top right of the page click 'Send a message', a page opens up, 'Create New Message'. Complete it and send your message securely. Please include your full name, date of birth and postcode.
