Refused replacement card

I cleared my credit card last year and it has had credit on it since. I have just applied for a replacement card instead of closing the card account and it has been refused??

I'm sorry to hear that! Although you can apply for a second card, we do also advise that it's not a guaranteed acceptance. It's unfortunate that you weren't accepted on this occasion, although we're unable to discuss the personal circumstances here, if you give our team a call they may be more able to go into some more detail with you about why this was.
