Hi, I purchased flights from Expedia which due to the Coronavirus epidemic will not happen. I've been attempting to contact Expedia for the past week but due to a high level of demand this has become impossible. I've tried phone, email, social media and their automated chat service. The flights were due to leave on the 24th March 2020 and Expedia require contact by telephone before this date, again an impossibility. If this date comes and goes and I'm still unable to contact them or they haven't contacted me can a start the process of section 75 to recoup my loses? Many thanks.
