The 'pull for more' transactions doesn't work using Samsung s10. Any reason why?
It always has done on previous devices.
Would love to see this fixed. I know it works on other Samsung devices.
This m,eans I can only see so many transactions in the tesco banking app since last statement rather than them all.
Hey @adtiley, thank you for getting in touch. I’m sorry to hear about this. I’m unsure why this would be, we haven’t heard of this before. I’d suggest ensuring you have the most up to date app on your mobile and are currently on the most up to date Android software. Have you tried deleting and re-installing the app at all? - Cheryl

It's clearly an in compatibility withy the samsung s10 - it's the only app Ive got a problem with since upgrading my device - everything else works

it doesnt need investigating - it needs fixing
The app is now unusable on my phone - the only banking app I have that doesnt work properly - and I have about 10!!!
