Hi @sorme, thanks for getting in touch and I'm sorry to hear that you've had an issue with this. The only solution would be to request a new PIN. However, the process varies depending on your card. Please log in at tescobank.com and, if a banking account, select 'Manage Account', then select 'Request PIN reminder'. You'll then be requested to enter the last 4 digits of your card number, please select 'Yes, send me my existing PIN' then finally 'Submit'. If you have a credit card then, again, please select 'Manage Account' then 'Manage your account' then within the centre ‘Get a Credit Card PIN Reminder'.
