Payment Reversal

Payment Reversal

I received my latest statement, expecting the balance to be Zero, but I had a Payment Reversal. This meant the total balance has not been paid, and there has been interest added. There were funds available for the Direct Debit to be taken, so I don't know why this has happened. I read somewhere that old DD's might cause this? Can anyone enlighten me?

Hi @NigelB, thanks for your message. There are a number of reasons why this may have happened. If you give our Credit Card team a call on 0345 300 4278 (24/7) we'll be able to look into the specifics on your account.
