Payment Dispute

I made a payment for carpets on 11/12/18 and then changed my mind, the seller is not giving me my refund back as he keeps telling me he needs to call the card machine compy am I able to dispute this charge as it causing me huge stress!!

Hi Adam, I'm sorry to hear this. If you could please call our Disputes team on 0345 366 2711 (open Monday to Friday 8am-6pm and Saturday 9am-2pm), they'll take a closer look. I hope this is resolved quickly for you!

Hi I have been waiting 4 weeks on a dispute aswell a refund if unauthorised transaction and its made in bad health way
How long do tesco allow a merchant to reply its a joke now
