I'd like to ask, how does a Tesco Bank Current Account with Overdraft Control activated report on what transaction has caused the Unpaid transaction fee to trigger?
Because presumably without Overdraft Control, the offending transaction would show up in my account statement, so I would know the culprit, whereas with Overdraft Control, the transaction would never make it into the statement, just the Unpaid transaction fee, so how would I know what caused it?
Hi @uk, thanks for your message. We send you a letter if you've had an unpaid transaction, and you can also give us a call on 0345 835 3353 (24/7) to find this out. It won't show on your statement because it was unpaid, and therefore the transaction was never made. I hope this helps - Ainsley
