Now that many people are self-isolating it seems counter intuitive to consign on-line shopping to hourly slots. People like us will now be at home all day, everyday for the next twelve weeks. We do not need a delivery slot as such!
At the moment the website assumes a delivery slot will always be available, and then one can input a list of requirements. No slot and the shopper is frozen out! This may be OK in normal circumstances, but NOT now. It would make more sense if your web manager provided an inverted process.
