No phone to receive a Temporary Security Number on
My Husband is my additional cardholder, this evening he tried to purchase something online using his card; it denied his transaction, as he doesn’t have a telephone number in which for him to receive a temp security number to complete the purchase. (Frustrated Husband) I have looked to see if I am able to add his information, as far as I can see there is nowhere to add this, so I tried to open him his own online account using his credit card and it also seem to not allow me to do that either. Would there be anybody who could please advise on this please.

Hi @sopwaz, I'm sorry to hear about this. You won't be able to add the number on via your online banking, but if you give us a call on 0345 300 4278 (24/7) one of our advisers will be able to get this sorted out for him going forward. I hope this helps - Ainsley
