No account info available with phone app

After I have correctly logged on with the iphone app , i am presented with a screen that states 'sorry we are unable to show any account information at this time'. This same screen is shown when i log on using my laptop but it does allow access to manage my account. Ive reported it to tescobank online help but they were unable to resolve it, thus making it impossible to check my account whilst on the move via my phone. It has been like this for weeks now.

Hi @steve99, I'm sorry to hear this. Have you tried deleting the app and re-installing it again? In terms of online banking, have you tried clearing your cache to see if that works?
