Hi @Annette05, these changes are live now for online banking. Please bear in mind that this is for the website and there are no changes to the layout on the app.
Why do companies insist on constantly changing their websites, the changes are rarely for the better, and most times the changes are more change for the sake of change rather than actual improvement, if it ain't broke don't fix it.
I'm sorry to read that you feel that way @Steve_B. Is there anything in particular about our website or app that you feel unhappy about? I'll make sure to pass on your feedback to the website team.
I think a more appropriate question would be,
What was wrong with the old one, it's hard to comment until it's actually up and running, but in general these changes rarely make the websites easies to use, or is it just the IT deparment trying to prove they're needed.

I hate changes for the sake of it. I loved the older simple look where I could view my accounts without scrolling up and down. I don't need figures in little boxes with the addition of colours, unless it was red depicting a deficit or overdraft.
I can understand changes for security issues, but to make it pretty for on-line banking?
but then I don't like it when they move stuff to different isles in supermarkets, unless it's to make shopping or shelf stacking more efficient.
I'm with you on this one, previous app was great, no confusion at all. And as for the boxes - ugh!!!
Do they think we are stupid? Far easier to understand lines than these boxes - bring back the old app, there was absolutely nothing wrong with it.
