NO REPLY TO EMAILED CLAIM FORM

As one who is subject to the maladministration of refunds from Ryanair I completed the necessary documents for refund/claim action and forwarded to Tesco Bank(TB) email address on 1 August 2020.  10 days later I had heard nothing from TB so emailed asking for acknowledgement....no reply!  I am wondering if TB is going to respond or just add to my concerns??

Thank you Christopher.  I tried to send a message yesterday but there was no confirmation it had gone through.  I have resent a few moments ago so hopefully it was successful this time.

Please accept my apologies, as sent in error.
There’s something going wrong if your private messages are not being received using the link provided.
