As one who is subject to the maladministration of refunds from Ryanair I completed the necessary documents for refund/claim action and forwarded to Tesco Bank(TB) email address on 1 August 2020. 10 days later I had heard nothing from TB so emailed asking for acknowledgement....no reply! I am wondering if TB is going to respond or just add to my concerns??
