Logging In on a New Device

I am logging in on a new device and can't get my one time access code to my mobile number as it's temporarily out of order.   Can I get my access code any other way?

I am trying to get a one time code as i am blocked? but following the guide to @Tesco-Bank i have no option to select new message? so how do i message @Tesco-Bank ?  (PS first post)

Sorry to hear that.

Click on this link @Tesco-Bank & it will take you to a page 'About Tesco-Bank'. In the top right of the page click 'Send a message' and a page opens up, 'Create New Message'. Complete it and send your message securely. Please include your full name, date of birth and postcode.
