I applied for a loan which stated was accepted, when I went to proceed it stated it had timed out.

What do I do now??

Hi @coralamberxo, if you've completed the application and been given an accept decision then we'll be in touch with you soon. If you've signed digitally online then you'll receive your funds within 24-48 hours, and we'll send a text shortly advising of this. 


Otherwise, we'll be in touch within 3-6 working days; sending a credit agreement which we'll need you to sign and return. If you're unsure as to whether you've signed digitally or not then we can be reached on 0345 600 6016 (Mon - Fri: 8am - 10pm and Sat - Sun: 9am - 5pm), where my colleagues will confirm this for you.  I hope this helps!
