Hi,

 

Why can't I transfer funds from Internet Saver and my Current Account?

 

I undestood it was an "easy access account" but doesn't seem to be:-)

There are a few reasons this could be happening. We would need to speak to you to understand why you are unable to transfer funds. If you're having difficulty transferring from your Savings account they can be contacted on 0345 678 5678, available weekdays 8am - 10pm & weekends 9am - 5pm. If it is your Current account you're having difficulty transferring from they can be contacted on 0345 835 3353 available 24/7
