Insurance web site is not allowing document downloads

I can log into the insurance web site, and I see all my details. But when I go to the documents section and try do download my documents it just downloads a file called diaryemail.html, that is the file diaryemail.html appears in my Downloads folder instead of the PDF I wanted.

This is on Windows 10 and I've tried with Chrome and Internet Explorer. This is what happens:

Re: Insurance web site is not allowing document downloads

Hey @jhsrennie, the 'Your Insurance Documents' link will include a copy of all of your documents within the one file. However, each separate document will also available to view, are these ones opening okay? If so, please just ignore the 'Your Insurance Documents' link as there is nothing included within this that isn’t available to open separately. Sorry for any confusion or hassle caused over this, some customers seem to have issues opening that document! - Chris

Ah, yes, the other links do work. Thanks, I'll use those instead.
