I am really glad you have finally got your money back I was beginning to wonder if anyone does! I wish they would spend more time sorting out my paperwork and less time promoting me on the forum. I submitted my claim in March, I didn't here from them until June then when I finally chased them someone said they couldn’t open a zip file. Why they couldn’t email and ask for a different file format is beyond belief. I am afraid my route from now on will have to be similar to yours -official complaint then the FOS 😫so annoying as I have always found Tesco to be really good.
