Please couuld you advise me how I can cancel a balance transfer to my Tesco Credit Card, I believed the 0% rate was still applicable but have realised this is not the case and wish to stop the request going through.

Yep, I see your dilema.
It will depend where in the pipeline your application is.
I suggest you send Tesco Bank a 'Private Message' so this can be checked out, they will respond with an appropriate reply and will be able to advise you accordingly.
Click on this link @Tesco-Bank and it will take you to a page, 'About Tesco Bank'.
Towards the top right of the page in the blue band click onto 'Send a Message'.
A new page will open up, 'Create New Message'.
Complete it and send your message securely.
Please include your full name, date of birth and postcode along with details.
