Hey, I cannot access my online banking due to the fact I moved address and have forgotten all my log in details, I still have my account number and sort code and I think the same email. Is there any way to fix this without having to post something away?
@Asmith2311 Sorry to hear this. If you give our Online Helpdesk a call, they will be able to update your address and send you a Temporary Security Number (TSN) by text to reset your online banking. You can reach them 24/7 on 0345 300 3511.
