Tesco won't give back my partners money fraudulently taken sometime last weekend. Has anyone else had money taken? I'm sick with worry he cannot even get to the money that wasn't taken. Case worker on holiday for a week. Someone do something you know who your customers are. Maybe this must go national to get some action. Please help.

Hi Lucy i have been a recent victim of an elaborate scam and i would suggest you should log with the police fill in a report for action fraud on line. and get your partner to contact customer services and if no luck go to the ombudsman and of course you can always try Martin lewis or citizens advice.
