Failed online payment and speaking to someone at customer services

Just tried to make an online payment which failed. Checked all my details and re-tried but failed again. Tried to call customer serives to see what the problem is but can only get standard automated services. HELP!

Hi @Kaz2Old, sorry to hear that you've had problems making your payment. If you call us on 0345 300 4278, available 24/7, we will be able to help. 

 

When you call, select option 2, enter your card number and security details, and you'll have a menu of options. If those options aren't suitable, you'll be given the option to bypass them once you've listened to them twice. This will then put you in the queue to speak to a member of our team.
