I ordered tickets for an event on my Tesco credit card that should have happened in March 2020 but was postponed due to coronavirus. When it was originally postponed I received an email from the organiser which said: "If you are unable to attend this event on a rescheduled date please contact us HERE to request a refund." The HERE link just takes you to their contact us page.
When I contacted the organiser they responded saying they will not provide a refund or take any action until a new date is arranged. We've waited 4 months already before contacting them and to be honest the chances of me allowing my daughter to attend the event on any re-arranged date is very unlikely due to coronavirus.
Can the ticket company really keep hold of our money until a new date is arranged? Is it possible to to get a refund through yourselves perhaps as a chargeback?
