Direct debit

Hi, my husband and I both have Instant Access Savings accounts but we have noticed that our direct debits have stopped being paid into our accounts.  It was a while ago too I'm afraid.

Do you know why and how do we start them again?

Hi, as of the 22nd April 2018 we no longer accept direct debits into our Savings accounts. This means your existing direct debits will be cancelled and you will be unable to set up any new direct debits. If you would like to continue with regular payments you can do this by setting up a standing order from your bank using your unique sort code and account number.
