I placed an order with Currys on 7th April, due to arrive on 15th. It did not. I checked the status ad the order is 'on hold'. I managed to get a response on twitter and they cancelled original order and placed a new order but this is also now showing as 'on hold'. I can't get anyone to response and the call centre is cutting me off. The order was for £29.99. What else can I do?
Hey @scaramanga4, sorry to hear this. If you weren’t given a specified delivery date, please allow enough time for it to be delivered before getting back in touch. If you ordered something on a Mastercard card, please allow 30 days; if you have a VISA card, it’s 15 days. If you don't receive the goods within this time-frame, or they'e not able to refund you then we'll be happy to help - Chris
