Had a couple of Covid 19 refunds applied to my credit card just 1 day after processing. A recent refund was processed by a hotel on 20 April but has still not appeared on my account after 10 days. I am confident that the hotel has fulfilled its obligation. Customer service says I should raise a dispute if the refund has not appeared after 11 working days but there is no dispute. Is a dispute the only way to resolve? Preferably, how can the refund due be traced and released?
