If you are the primary card holder you can activate your card via the Mobile Banking App, or by calling us on 0345 072 9072* (Minicom 0345 671 0676*). If there are additional card holders on the account then this will also activate their cards.
You will be asked to enter your 16 digit credit card number so please have this with you when you call. If you’ve registered for Online Banking you will also need to enter selected digits from your Security Number.
*This number may be included as part of any inclusive call minutes provided by your phone operator.
I am trying to unlocked my pin which has been blocked,i have called customer services gone through the menus and it tells me to finish procdure at an atm. I have tried this to no avail. It just tells me to contact provider. Tried CS againhow do i speak to a human being ! Ii am so frustrated with it.

In the message explaining your situation, include your name, date of birth and postcode.
For details like your DOB, postcode and phone number, we ask for you to format it with additional spaces, i.e. A B 1 2 C D, 2 4 1 0 2 0 1 6 and 0 7 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 otherwise the information is removed by the system.
Alternatively, call us on 0345 300 4278, available 24/7, and select option 2, enter your card details and wait until the option is given for you to speak to an advisor. That option becomes available after you listen to the options twice.
