Hello. I'm new here. I'm hoping someone can help. Due to ill health and a miscalculation on my interest, I have gone over my limit by 80 pence. When I realised this, I made an immediate payment to cover it. However, my online account now says that I have a £12 charge.
I have looked online and can't find any way of chatting online with a Tesco Bank advisor. I have severe hearing problems, so cannot use the phone.
