Credit Card Claim

    Hi I submitted a credit card claim and received an automatic response on the 30th June.However despite several emails asking for an update I have received nothing since.Please could someone let me have an update on when I can expect the refund ? Many thanksSharon Orchard

    Hi Sharon,
    I'm sorry to hear you've not had an update since your automated response in June.
    Please send Tesco Bank a 'Private Message' so this can be checked out and an update can be provided for you.

    Click on this link and it will take you to a page, 'About Tesco Bank'.

    Towards the top right of the page in the blue panel click onto 'Send a Message'.

    A new page will open up, 'Create New Message'.

    Complete it and send your message securely.

    Please include your full name, date of birth and postcode.

    You will get a reply from one of the Tesco Team after they've had chance to look into this for you.

    If you received the automated reply then your claim is being dealt with.
    However, given the time that has elapsed i would definitely chase it up.
    Your best bet is to send
    Tesco Bank a 'Private Message' and ask them to pass to the disputes team to update you. To do this simply please proceed as follows :-1. Please Click on this link @Tesco-Bank and it will take you to a page, 'About Tesco Bank'.

    4. Complete it and send your message securely.

    5. Please include your full name, date of birth and postcode.

    You will receive a reply to your private message.
