Credit Card Balance transfer

Hi

 

I applied for a 0 % balance transfer on my Tesco Credit Card to clear my M & S store card.  On my statement there are two entries both on the 13 May saying that there is a credit and a debit of the same amount and the following day again two entries referring to the balance of the transfer fee. 

 

I am a bit confused if the balance transfer has been made or not.  I did receive a text on the 13 May confirming that the balance transfer request has been approved.  

 

Please help 🤔

Can anyone help me with this query. 

 

I have just checked my account and it is the same. 

 

Do you think I need to process the balance transfer request again ? 😕

I'm sorry to hear you're confused with your balance transfer. It sounds like you're stating it hasn't gone through.

I think Tesco Bank need to look at this for you. Send a 'Private Message' by clicking on this link @Tesco-Bank  the 'Send a Message' (top right). Please include your full name, DoB & postcode along with relevant details.
