I applied for a 0 % balance transfer on my Tesco Credit Card to clear my M & S store card. On my statement there are two entries both on the 13 May saying that there is a credit and a debit of the same amount and the following day again two entries referring to the balance of the transfer fee.
I am a bit confused if the balance transfer has been made or not. I did receive a text on the 13 May confirming that the balance transfer request has been approved.
I'm sorry to hear you're confused with your balance transfer. It sounds like you're stating it hasn't gone through.
